A 5-week live mentorship built around The Secure Cycle, a 21-day attachment reset. You find the pattern, you calm the reaction underneath it before it fires, and you practice something different, live, with me, until it's actually yours, not just something you understand.
By day 21, you're not just able to name your pattern. You've interrupted it, out loud, in a real moment, with people who wanted you to.
Doors are open. We start Thursday, August 20. Doors close Tuesday, August 18.
Enroll nowIn plain words: this is a five week live program with me. For the first 21 days you follow one short video a day and join one live call a week, built around your attachment style. The last two weeks are pure live coaching, so the change actually holds.
You check your phone eleven times in ten minutes waiting for a text that should have come by now. Or you get the text, and something in you goes cold and quiet, and you couldn't explain why if someone asked. You've ended things with someone kind because kind felt boring. You've stayed with someone who scared you a little because at least you knew the rules. You've rehearsed a text for forty minutes and sent the wrong version anyway. None of that makes you too much, or too closed off, or bad at love. You learned to love this way before you ever had a say in it. And what got learned can be relearned.
This is called The Secure Cycle, a 21-day attachment reset, done live, not alone.
How to break the attachment pattern you didn't choose.
Attachment theory is the single largest predictor of success in your relationships, whether they are romantic, familial, or platonic.
Your attachment style is the subconscious set of rules you carry for love. You were not born with it. It was conditioned into you in childhood, and it can be reconditioned. That is the whole promise of this work.
Almost half of marriages end. Most people repeat the same painful pattern with different faces and never learn its name. Not because they don't love hard enough. Because no one ever showed them the rules they've been loving by, or how to change them.
That's what this mentorship is for.
Anxious attachment can look like this: you promised yourself you wouldn't reach out again, then the silence hit and your whole body sounded the alarm. It usually starts with love that was warm but inconsistent, given and then taken away, until the fear of being left took root. The core wound underneath: I will be abandoned. And hear this too. The warmth, the thoughtfulness, the way you love people? That's your gift. Only the fear has to go.
Avoidant attachment can look like this: you care more than people know, but when someone gets close or starts relying on you, something in you feels crowded and pulls back. It usually starts with a childhood where no one asked if you were okay, so you learned to need no one. The core wound underneath: something must be wrong with me. Nothing is. The strength and self-reliance you built are real. You get to keep them and lose the wall.
Fearful avoidant attachment can look like this: you pull people in, then push them away, and you hate that you do both. You hold everything in until it finally erupts. It usually starts with chaos, where love was sometimes wonderful and sometimes frightening, so love itself became confusing. The core wound underneath: I can't trust this to be okay. And still, you're perceptive, driven, incredible in a crisis. You never got to feel steady. That's what changes here.
These are not personality types, and they are not who you are. They are conditioned patterns. Name yours, and you can change it.
I'm running this live, for the first time, starting Thursday the 20th. You're getting in at the lowest this will ever be priced. Once this group goes through it, the price reflects what it's actually worth.
In exchange, all I ask is your honest experience along the way. Good, hard, whatever it actually is, so the people who come after you know exactly what this looks like.
Every week you get direct coaching from Drew in a live group setting, where he answers your questions, works through the real situation you're in, and helps you apply everything you're learning. It's the closest thing to working with Drew one on one.

You learned to read everyone else before you read yourself. To make yourself smaller so the love would stay. To call it easygoing when it was really just quiet self-abandonment.
It's exhausting, because some part of you is always half-waiting for the other shoe to drop. That isn't a flaw in you. It's a heart that learned love was conditional, and never got shown anything else.

For all five weeks you're inside a quiet, private group with the others walking this path, plus me and the team. Ask the question you've never said out loud, get encouragement on the hard days, and feel what it's like to be held by people who actually get it. It's the part people tell me they didn't know they needed.
Our easy-to-navigate portal gives you access to workbooks, workshops, the private community, and coaching with Drew.

The Secure Cycle: a 21-day attachment reset, done live.
One short video a day, naming one piece of the pattern. The week closes with a live call where you say it out loud, not write it down alone.
One short video a day. The Nervous System Reset, a live guided call using breath and body work that calms the trigger in real time, not affirmations you repeat to yourself.
One short video a day. A live call to practice the new response: anxious styles practice sitting still instead of chasing, avoidant styles practice naming one need out loud, fearful avoidant styles practice staying instead of exiting.
Weeks 4 and 5, Integration: no new videos, just live hot-seat coaching, making sure it holds.
In five weeks you walk out with emotional self-mastery. You feel the trigger and don't become it. You respond instead of spiral. You can meet your own needs and still let people in. You can tell a safe person from a familiar one.
The end of my 18-year marriage became the catalyst for the deepest transformation I've ever lived through. Years of inner work followed, facing my patterns, reflecting on mistakes, becoming who I was meant to be.
Later, real love found me, softer, safer, aligned. One day she said, "You make me feel safe enough to finally be me." That changed everything. Healing didn't stop once I found safe love. It deepened.
Today, more than a million people follow that work through the Clarity with Drew Brown podcast, and this mentorship is where we go deeper, together, live.
I built the 5-week Clarity Mentorship for exactly where you are right now, saving a relationship, healing from heartbreak or divorce, or learning to build secure love from the inside out.
You've probably tried to change this on your own. Journaling. Affirmations. Promising yourself this time would be different. And then the trigger hit, and the old response was faster than the promise.
That's not a failure of discipline. Here's what's really happening. Roughly 95 percent of what you feel, think, and do comes from your subconscious mind. The conscious mind, the part of you making the promises, is about 5 percent. And your conscious mind cannot out-will your subconscious.
Your subconscious learned its rules for love in childhood. Somewhere back there, love got paired with a condition. Be easy. Be impressive. Don't need too much. That pairing became a core wound, and the core wound has been quietly deciding how you love ever since.
There's one more piece. The subconscious treats familiar as safe, even when familiar is the thing hurting you. That's why calm can feel boring and chaos can feel like home.
The subconscious was built through repetition plus emotion, and that's exactly how it changes. Not by knowing better. By practicing something new, with real people, in real moments, until the new way becomes the familiar way. That's what the live calls are for. We find the core wound, calm the reaction it fires, and repeat the new response until your subconscious accepts it as home.

Absolutely. This is about how you relate to safety. The guarding. The performing. The way you read a room before you read yourself. That work serves you whether you're single, dating, or years in.
No. I'm not a licensed therapist, and this isn't treatment. It's lived perspective and practical tools. If you're working through something clinical, please keep that support in place alongside this.
We start Thursday, August 20, and run live for five weeks. This is the first group, so you're getting in at the lowest price this will ever be. Once this group goes through it, the price reflects what it's actually worth.
